1. What We’re Building

California Wolves Baseball is assembling the most competitive youth baseball and softball organization in the nation. We are not a recreational league. We are a proving ground for athletes who demand more.

Our program combines the discipline of Texas travel ball with California talent. We develop champions on the field and in life.
 

2. What We Look For

We seek athletes who:

Compete at the highest level – You don’t just play; you dominate.

Own their academics – Report cards matter. We build leaders, not just players.

Write their own story – Every applicant submits an essay written by the athlete, not a parent. We want to know your drive, your goals, and why you belong here.

Bring the right mindset – Hard work, integrity, and a refusal to accept mediocrity.

3. Tryout Status

We are currently building our talent database for the upcoming season and for future grant‑funded programs. If you believe you have what it takes, complete the form below. You’ll be the first to know when tryouts are announced.

4. Fees (Preview)

To ensure transparency, here’s a summary of the costs associated with being a California Wolf:

Registration Fee – one‑time, per season

Monthly Training Fee – covers coaching, facility access, and strength/conditioning

Tournament Fees – per event (entry fees, travel, accommodations)

Uniform & Gear Package – provided at cost

All fees support our nonprofit mission. Scholarships are available for qualifying families.

5. Interest Form – Build Your Profile

We use Airtable to manage athlete profiles. Complete the form below to start your file. You’ll be able to:

Upload a 5‑minute game video (baseball or softball)

Upload your most recent report card (PDF)

Submit a short essay: “Why I want to play for California Wolves Baseball” (written by the athlete)

Provide contact information and your athlete’s primary position(s)

All information is stored securely and will be used only for evaluation and communication.

6. Future Parent/Player Portal

Once selected, families will gain access to a private portal where you can:

Pay registration, monthly, and tournament fees

Update player profiles and upload new videos

Sign up for tournaments

Communicate with coaches and staff

View your athletes Game stats/Averages

(pitching, hitting, fielding, we use the same system used by MLB & Minor leagues to provide accurate stat deviation for athletic college application submissions)
